We have over 65 years of casting experience and knowledge between us. We have cast thousands of Commercials, Industrials, Infomercials, Voice-overs, Short films, Print Ads and Live/Trade shows. We have extensive experience with both Union and Nonunion projects. Whether you are looking for highly accomplished actors or real people we will meet your casting needs. We know the rules, guidelines and regulations of SAG/AFTRA as well as California Child Labor Laws. We can also provide guidance in determining your Union or Non-union talent payments. LEAR
Ever wonder what’s really going on at a commercial audition? Come and spend the day and I’ll “pull back the curtain.” In class we’ll cover the fundamentals of what you need to know to be a successful commercial actor. We’ll discuss the commercial process and you’ll learn what your responsibilities are as an actor. We’ll discuss photographers and headshots, agents and managers, waiting room etiquette, SAG/AFTRA and non/union work. You will see yourself on camera multiple times in a professional setting, and you will be getting feedback from a working commercial casting director.

This is a 3/hour class that meets once a week for 4 weeks. (Prerequisite: OneDay Commercial Intensive)
We will cover all types of audition situations: personality,
no dialog, ad/lib, improv, group scenes, one/liners, multi/character and straight to camera spokesperson. You will learn techniques for working with props, your fellow performers and how to use cue cards. You will work multiple times each evening and get constructive feedback about the choices you make,( along with strategies to improve the quality of your auditions.
